Our client received an I-360 Special Immigration petition approval after a long and complicated appeal. The USCIS denial was clearly erroneous and we are thrilled that our client’s appeal was sustained. Now, our client will be able to file the Adjustment of Status application and secure a Green Card.
With the I-360 SIJ application approval, our client now will have the Immigration Court terminate proceedings. Once the immigration court case is out of the way, we can proceed with filing the I-485 Application for Adjustment of Status. It has been a long journey so far, but the most difficult part is over. Now on to more immigration success!
